I'm not a large corporation located in
some far away place where people can't pronounce local
names. I'm a local agent with local expertise.
Instead of working in a traditional real estate office,
my office is located on the internet and is open 24/7. The days of going to an office
to look at pictures of homes for sale in a book or on the wall has been
replaced by internet shopping. My internet "office"
allows you to search for properties in the comfort of your current home.
I guess you could call me a "green friendly" Realtor
because I don't commute to an office for work; I work where ever I can
connect to the internet.
Since my office is on the internet, you can easily find
me, just look for me:
I have a employment background in
marketing, sales, customer service and credit; plus I have personal
experience investing in 11 of my own properties since 1988. I've
served on two home owner association boards as Treasurer.
I've worked with computers since 1981.
In 1992, I migrated my love for graphic arts into Desktop Publishing using a
PC. By 1998 I migrated to creating my own websites and networking with
people who work in the computer industry. These skills are vital
when marketing a home for sale.
In 2006 I became a
Certified Interior
Refiner, trained and certified by the pioneer of the one-day
redecorating and redesign industry, Lauri Ward, in the Use What You Have
Decorating System. I can help buyers
envision the possibilities of their new home and I can help sellers prepare
their home for the market.
I'm
networked with several businesses that provide services for the real estate
market.
Both my parents served in the Navy. My
father retired Navy and was a service connected disabled veteran. I served
honorably 4 years in the U.S. Navy. I worked for the Department of
Veterans Affairs as a Veterans Services Representative 4 years, 9 months
(Portland VA Regional Office) and as a Lead in the Fee Basis Office for 1 year
(Portland VA Medical Center). I've purchased several homes using my VA
Home Loan Eligibility.
I'm extremely knowledgeable with
the VA benefits system.
- Did you know you can use your VA Eligibility
more than once to purchase a home?
- Do you know how to apply for a VA Home Loan?
- Did you know some disabled veterans in receipt
of VA Compensation may be eligible for adaptive housing grants?
- Did you know that an un-remarried spouse of a
service member who died while in service or of a veteran who died from a service
connected disability may be eligible for a VA Home Loan?
- Did you know you can assume another vet's VA
home loan using your Certificate of Eligibility?
Know Your VA Benefits!
Most veterans are unaware of their VA benefit
eligibility. When they are discharging from the military, they are focused
on one thing, HOME! Most only remember the day and time they get on the
plane to leave. All the rest of the details of their discharge are
typically forgotten.
- All honorably discharged veterans, both
peacetime and wartime, are eligibly for some form of VA benefits.
I know the VA's processes. If you're an
honorably discharged U.S. veteran, I would like the opportunity to serve you for
all your real estate needs.
I'd like to thank ALL
veterans for serving our country!

Clear Lake All Veterans' Memorial

website.
