I
Love Shopping for Real Estate!!!
I've been hooked on real estate since I
bought and sold my first house back in 1988. Today, several moves and 11
properties later, I still love it! Finally, after years of dreaming
of getting my real estate license, the timing came together for me to do it.
I quit my government job mid October, 2008 and began studying for my
Washington State exam in November. I passed my exam, the first time,
on January 15, 2009 and officially became a licensed Realtor.
I BEAT THE ODDS! Statistics report that
70-95% of new Realtors quit their first year. During my first 13 months as a
Realtor, I had 6 transactions close in a depressed
Real Estate market. This puts me in the UPPER 5-30% of
Realtors!
I have a passion for helping people buy
Real Estate. I'd rather go the extra mile for a few
customers than neglect customers because I'm trying to produce a high volume
of transactions per year. I believe that to succeed in today's market, a Realtor
needs experience, excellent
customer service skills and a reliable network
of support. I am blessed to have all three!
I have a strong background in the credit and
financial industries. I've received extensive training by the
Department of Veterans Affairs regarding veteran's benefits
which qualifies me to assist veterans with their VA Home Loan Eligibility.
As a Certified Interior Refiner (redecorator), I can help
buyers envision the possibilities of their new home, as well as help sellers
prepare their home for the market. On top of that, my husband is a
licensed, general contractor specializing in remodeling and repair.
If you'd like to talk about buying or selling,
I'd like talk to you!
